Whether you take the ferry and self-drive, fly-drive or take Motorail,
you can look forward to a warm welcome from your Canvas courier. Your
courier is there to greet you and to show you to your accommodation.
They prepare your accommodation before you arrive and are there to help
you get the best out of your holiday. Unlike other self-catering holidays
all of our friendly staff are English-speaking. They are on hand whenever
you need them – whether it’s to change a lightbulb, or to
advise on a good restaurant – nothing is too much trouble. We
also have specialist couriers who run our fun and educational children’s
clubs.

Sharing our knowledge
Your onsite Canvas Reception provides all the information you need to
get the most out of your holiday. Here you’ll find leaflets and
posters for nearby attractions plus our comprehensive Local Information
Folder, full of ideas for days out. It details where to eat, museums
to visit, the best beaches in the area and suggestions for which markets
to go to. The information has been compiled over the years and is regularly
added to by customers’ helpful suggestions. The Canvas Reception
is like having a mini tourist information office on your doorstep! So
if you need to know where the best restaurants, beaches, and theme parks
are, you need look no further.
Free games chest
To save you space in your car, we provide a chest of indoor and outdoor
games at the Canvas Reception on every site. The games are there for
you and your children to use – and it’s free. Typically
you will find footballs, table-tennis kits, tennis racquets, swingball,
hoops, boules and cricket sets, as well as a large selection of indoor
games such as chess, draughts, Scrabble and Monopoly. It all adds up
to more fun for the children and less packing for you.
