All the comforts of
home
All of our accommodation has electric lighting, both inside
and out.
The kitchens come equipped with 4-ring cooker, grill, fridge
and all crockery and cutlery. In addition, all of the mobiles
have ovens, most have fridge freezers and some even have a microwave
and dishwasher!
Then there is the luxury table and chair patio set with parasol,
2 sunloungers, 2 reclining chairs and a charcoal or gas barbecue
(wherever campsite rules permit). On our pitches with limited
shade we provide a gazebo instead of a parasol.
Safety
a priority
Our tents and mobile homes are designed very much with families
in mind. The maxi tent has a separate kitchen with a child safety
gate which keeps eager toddlers out of the kitchen and away
from the cooker and fridge. The mobile homes have pan rails
fitted around the cookers and a door guard which fits across
the patio doors.
For children who have difficulty sleeping in the dark we have
an electric night light or dimmer switch. The second bedroom
in the mobile either has a cot or bed with a child safety rail.
Bed Linen and Towel Hire
All of our accommodation is equipped with blankets and pillows.
You only need to bring towels, sheets and pillow cases. Many
customers use a duvet cover to sleep inside. Alternatively,
use our bed linen and towel hire service, which for 2008 is
available at all of our campsites (except sites in Croatia, Portugal and Rabbit Hill). Bed linen and towel hire is charged per site
for any length of stay and should be booked from Canvas at
least five weeks in advance of travel.
£16 per double pack. A double pack consists of 2 double sheets, 2 pillow cases and 2 towels.
£10 per single pack. A single pack consists of 2 single sheets, 1 pillow case and 1 towel.
Beach Towel Hire
 To compliment our linen and towel hire service, we also offer beach towel hire at all of our sites except Croatia, Switzerland, Portugal and Rabbit Hill. These packs are ideal if you are planning a fly-drive holiday. The large towels are ideal for use on the beach or by the pool.
£8 per beach towel pack which consists of two large beach towels.
Campsites with Party Size Restrictions
Please note that on certain campsites the maximum party number is restricted to 6 people,
regardless of the accommodation capacity.

Let the children play at
camping on their own

in one of our play tents.
They can be pitched
beside your tent or mobile
home. Reserve at time of
booking.
Free barbecue:
A charcoal barbecue and tongs is provided with each
tent and mobile home, where campsite rules allow
them. On sites where the use of charcoal barbeques
is not allowed we provide gas barbecues, again where
the campsite rules permit them. Our Century and
Millennium Mobile Homes and the Lodge Deluxe have
gas rather than charcoal barbecues, where permitted.
Cots and high chairs:
To cut back on the packing if you are travelling with a
young child, we can provide cots and highchairs on all of
our campsites. Simply reserve what you need at the time
of booking.
We understand the needs of toddlers,
so are providing free of charge, a small
table and four chairs especially for them,
on all mobile home emplacements on
sites with Toddler Clubs. |
