 Our spacious 3 bedroom canvas bungalow with separate kitchen has everything you need including an electric fridge and lighting. 
Large fully sprung beds
We’ve allocated plenty of space to ‘your bedroom.’
There is a fully sprung double bed, a wardrobe rail
with a dozen captive coat hangers, and room below
for storing cases. Beside the kitchen is the other
bedroom – it is totally flexible – one large room, or
two smaller ones. There is plenty of space for three
of our large, fully sprung single beds, but for a party
of six we recommend that the sixth bed be placed
in the lounge at night and under the double bed
during the day. At night, both of the bedrooms can
be zipped up – large gauze panels allow the air to
circulate and keep creepy-crawlies out.
Bed linen and towels
You will find pillows and blankets in tents on all
of our sites, so all you need to bring is sheets,
towels and pillowcases. If you prefer, we offer a
linen and towel hire service – this is available for
all accommodation at all of our campsites (except
Croatia and Switzerland). Click here for more information.
Separate kitchen
Only Canvas has a tent with a separate kitchen that
can be protected from inquisitive youngsters by a
safety gate. The large kitchen area is light and bright
– and you can open up the back door for ease of
access or extra ventilation. There are two easy-clean
kitchen units, a four-ring cooker with grill and a full
size domestic fridge with ice box. You also have a
handy preparation table and a cool box – useful for
family picnics.
Living room with side awning
The unique layout of our tent creates a large, square
living room away from the kitchen. It’s more like a
bungalow, with curtains at the windows and electric
lighting throughout. There are lights in the living
room and kitchen, and a nightlight for children who
have difficulty sleeping in the dark. There is plenty
of space inside for the dining room and chairs, but
if you prefer, you can open up the side awning and
eat outside*. On emplacements that are particularly
sunny and where there is limited shade, we provide a
gazebo that fits right over the table and chairs.
