Recommended Routes to the Côte D'Azur

Short Sea Crossing

From Calais, the Côte d'Azur is about 750 miles (14hrs) using the motorways. We recommend an overnight stop at our Gigny or Vandenesse campsites or at a hotel.

Long Sea Crossing

Take an overnight crossing to Le Havre or Dieppe - it is around 690 miles (12hrs) to the Côte d’Azur. Stay overnight at one of our Burgundy sites or at a hotel.

Motorail

Take the overnight Motorail from Calais to Nice, from where it is about an hours drive to site.

By Air

Several low cost airlines operate flights to Nice. From there, it is about an hours drive to the campsites.

From Ireland

We recommend you take a Landbridge crossing to the UK, then take a crossing as detailed above.
