Booking your holiday is simplicity itself - we can either do everything
for you over the phone or alternatively, you can now search for availability
and book with
our online booking system.
If you choose to book by phone, our reservations team know the campsites well and they can usually
advise you from first-hand experience, but where they can't they can
check our extensive database, or put you through to a colleague who
knows the site.
Having selected a site they can book a ferry there and then over the
phone and will give you a detailed costing. If you have a debit or
credit
card you can then book over the phone, or we will provisionally reserve
your accommodation (for 48 hours) - pending receipt of your cheque.
Confirmation
You will receive a Confirmation
Invoice from us within the week, subject to us
receiving appropriate deposit.
If we are booking hotels or Motorail it will take a
little longer. In that case, you will receive written
confirmation of the campsite booking and ferry
bookings, followed later by a Confirmation
Invoice.
Deposit
To confirm your holiday booking, we require a deposit as per current advertised rate, plus any additional deposit required for ferry or motorail (if you require motorail, or are sailing direct to France with Irish Ferries or Britany Irish Ferries, an additional £100/€150 deposit is payable). Some airlines require full payment for flights at the time of booking. This payment is non refundable.

the due date.
