FamilyExtra just got even better. Available at eight campsites in 2010 there's a whole load of new fun stuff to do along with all your favourite activities.

Radio DJ – want to be the next Fearne Cotton? This is your chance to prove you’re a star in the making. Using our cutting edge technology, you’ll be able to create your own chat show and okay your favourite songs, broadcasting to your friends. We’ll even give you a copy of your show to take home with you.

Skip Hop – This up and coming activity is set to be all the rage in 2010. Used by Madonna on her latest tour, Skip-Hop combines skipping and dance to funky tunes. Well show you the ropes, from the basic skipping to the more complicated dance moves. Great fun guaranteed.

BMX Skills – Incredibly difficult turns and tricky slaloms are just two of the challenges you’ll undertake on our bikes – if you can stay on! It's all about team work, so well score you on each obstacle to see who comes out top.

The faces of Canvas – Introducing Simon Allan, our new Managing Director

Back in 1990, Simon Allan took a summer job as a courier with a small, friendly-run mobile home and camping operator called Canvas Holidays. Today, he’s the Managing Director for Canvas Holidays, now part of Wyndam Exchange and Rentals.

We spoke to Simon about his time with Canvas, experience as a campsite courier and his reflections on what has changed in 20 years.
