Explore the wealth of Venetian inspired palaces and ancient churches, before
heading to the highest point of the hillside for a sweeping view of the coastline
below.
Groznjan – located inland, this is a tiny village that is home to an
international music school. Throughout the summer months there
are recitals, concerts and displays. Listen out for musicians practising
as you wander the twisting streets and explore the many galleries and
art shops.
Plitvice Lakes National Park – covered in lush green vegetation,
and declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the 16 beautiful lakes
that make up this park are well worth a visit. Discover tranquil waters,
cascading waterfalls and an abundance of rare wildlife.
