The resort is located around 500m from the charming town of Chioggia, a seaside destination dubbed “Little Venice” due to its many canals and bridges. Along with spending some time at the town’s nice beaches, it’s worth taking a day trip to the beautiful island of Pellestrina.

The setting of Grande Italia is close enough to Venice to enjoy day trips to the famous floating city, where world class tourist attractions await such as Doge’s Palace, Rialto Bridge, the Grand Canal and Saint Mark's Basilica, as well as the fascinating islands of Burano and Murano.

Featuring Renaissance landmarks and plenty of notable places of interest, Padua is also worth a day excursion. The best attractions in the city include the Villa Pisani National Museum, Ragione Palace, University of Padua Botanical Garden and the Basílica de Santa Justina.
